Baihua CNC Pipe CNC Intersecting Line Cutting Machine Urgently Delivered to an East China Shipbuilding Equipment Enterprise

Baihua CNC urgently completed the delivery of the PHM‑24 Pipe CNC Intersecting Line Cutting Machine, serving an East China shipbuilding equipment manufacturing enterprise and meeting production needs for intersecting hole cutting and bevel cutting of marine pipe fittings.

The machine processes pipe diameters of 60‑630mm, with a maximum processing pipe length of up to 12 m. It is equipped with five-axis servo drive, a plasma + flame dual cutting system, and industrial computer nesting software, capable of intersecting line hole cutting, elbow sections, and fixed-length cutting. The heavy-duty rigid base is paired with multiple cross-type support frames, providing strong load-bearing capacity. We will provide on-site service training and a full set of consumable spare parts to improve the efficiency of ship pipe prefabrication and cutting.
