Baihua CNC Delivers Roller-Driven Pipe Automatic Welding Machines to East China Shipbuilding Manufacturer

Baihua CNC urgently completed the delivery of two sets of PPGW‑24 roller-driven pipe automatic welding machines, serving customers in the East China shipbuilding sector and meeting the high-standard welding requirements for ship piping at radiographic inspection level.

The equipment is suitable for pipe diameters of 60‑630mm, integrates dual welding processes of argon arc + gas-shielded welding, and the roller-driven main unit can tilt and flip, lift and rotate; it is equipped with a PLC CNC system, WPS welding expert database, arc length tracking, and CNC cross swing mechanism, enabling automatic torch lifting and overlap after welding is completed, and can process pipe components with a length of ≤6m. The equipment comes with a full set of consumable spare parts, and Baihua CNC provides on-site hands-on training, empowering ship piping prefabrication to improve quality and efficiency.
