Baihua CNC PTW Straight Pipe Flange Two-Point Automatic Welding Machine Delivered to a North China Pipeline Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise

Baihua CNC expedited the production and shipment of the pipe flange automatic welding machine to serve a manufacturing enterprise in North China deeply engaged in pipeline component processing, meeting the demand for batch pipeline prefabrication welding of DN450‑1050 large-diameter straight pipe flanges.

The equipment adopts a V-groove roller flange drive structure and is equipped with dual sets of pulsed gas-shielded welding power sources, enabling simultaneous welding of the inner and outer seams of straight pipe flanges. It is configured with a PLC CNC system, a CNC welding oscillation mechanism, and a WPS welding procedure storage library, with flexibly adjustable torch angles. The complete machine is suitable for high-volume pipe fitting production and comes with a full set of consumable spare parts. We also provide on-site hands-on training, using stable automatic pipeline welding equipment to help customers improve flange weld bead forming quality and production capacity.
