Baihua CNC Delivers Integrated Chuck Cantilever Machine to an East China Marine Engineering Equipment Manufacturer

In response to the urgent needs of a leading Nantong-based customer deeply engaged in shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment manufacturing, Baihua completed the expedited shipment of the PPHW-32 chuck-type cantilever integrated welding machine on schedule, supporting the automatic pipe welding process for various offshore engineering pipeline prefabrication applications.

The equipment covers pipe diameters from Φ108 to 830 and integrates both TIG and gas-shielded welding processes. It is equipped with an extended three-jaw chuck, an electrically lifted telescopic cantilever, and a PLC numerical control system, along with arc length tracking and a numerically controlled oscillation mechanism, plus wireless remote control for convenient parameter adjustment. The complete machine is well-suited for batch circumferential welding of ship pipelines, delivering stable weld seam formation and coming with a full set of spare parts.
