Our Company’s Pipeline Automatic Welding Machine Successfully Supports China Chemical Sanhua Construction’s Oman Marsa LNG Project

Recently, China Chemical Engineering Third Construction Co., Ltd. (Oman Company) achieved a significant technological breakthrough in the Marsa LNG Project, successfully completing the first weld test using pipeline automatic welding. This marks the first application and promotion of new pipeline automatic welding technology and equipment on an Oman engineering project. In this project, the pipeline automatic welding machine supplied by our company, serving as key technical equipment, completed the filling and capping processes for submerged arc automatic welding with high quality, thanks to its outstanding welding stability and high efficiency, providing solid equipment support for the project construction schedule.

It is reported that the project adopted a “manual + automated” combined welding process, which significantly increased welding speed while ensuring aesthetically pleasing weld appearance. During implementation, the Sanhua Construction project team conducted multiple rounds of technical demonstrations and sample validations with the client and general contractor. Our company’s pipeline automatic welding machine withstood rigorous working condition tests, ultimately helping Sanhua Construction successfully address all concerns and promote the implementation of this advanced technology.
