The CNC flame/plasma cutting and beveling production line is a high-efficiency thermal processing system developed by our technical experts in the CNC machining equipment field specifically for rapid pipe cutting and blanking in various industries. It features powerful processing capability and can automatically perform fixed-length straight cutting, beveling, and contour cutting (saddle cuts, elliptical holes, rounded corner holes, segmented elbows, orthogonal/oblique intersecting lines, pipe-end slotting, etc.; it can also add channel steel and square tube cutting functions). Cutting efficiency reaches 200+ pipes/day. When equipped with a corresponding material handling system, it can realize continuous flow production to meet large-batch intelligent pipe cutting and blanking needs.

Our company can provide a wide variety of configuration options for this production line, enabling CNC automated operation throughout the entire processing workflow—from automatic pipe loading, automatic conveying, automatic length measuring, automatic fixed-length cutting, and automatic marking, to automatic discharge and automatic unloading after processing. With an industrial PC and a processing graphics database, drawings can be transmitted via LAN, imported via USB, or selected from the built-in library for processing—basically achieving “unmanned” and “one-click” automatic processing. A marking system can also be configured to ensure traceability throughout the product manufacturing process. Configurations can be selected and matched reasonably according to production needs and investment budget.
