The PSM series pipe cutting band saw machine uses a bimetal band saw blade as the cutting tool. It is used for cut-off processing of pipes and section steel. It can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into a production line for automated flow operations. This band saw machine performs cutting via high-speed rotation of the blade and vertical lifting/lowering of the saw frame. It covers a wide range of cutting pipe diameters, materials, and wall thicknesses.
The band saw machine consists of the bed, worktable, column, saw frame, left and right centering clamping device, band saw blade tensioning device, main drive system, electrical system, cooling system, hydraulic system, and other components.
This band saw machine offers both CNC and standard versions. When used as part of a production line, the CNC version is typically adopted, with a PLC automatic program integrated to control all functional actions of the band saw machine and the supporting logistics system, CNC fixed-length system, and more.
