PHM Series CNC Intersection Line Cutting Machine

       The PHM Series CNC intersection line cutting machine is specialized equipment capable of cutting, beveling, and curve cutting for steel pipes as well as channel steel and structural steel. It is widely used for the cutting and processing of pipes and structural steel (such as channel steel, C-channel, H-beam, and square tubes) in industries including shipbuilding, construction, petrochemicals, chemical engineering, pipe towers, and steel structures. In these industries, there is a large amount of pipe or section steel processing such as fixed-length cutting, beveling, hole cutting, slotting, intersection line holes, and intersection line end cuts, as well as elbows commonly known as “shrimp segments.” Most of this processing is traditionally carried out using outdated and cumbersome methods such as making templates, marking, manual layout, manual cutting, and manual grinding.
