The SAWM Scaffold Upright Automatic Welding Machine is designed for the assembly and welding of scaffold uprights and chrysanthemum plates. It integrates all processes from chrysanthemum plate assembly positioning, pipe loading and threading, positioning spot welding to finished product discharge in a single machine. With compact process connections and PLC CNC control technology, it achieves high automation. Additionally, it can be configured with 12 or 13 welding guns for synchronous welding, delivering extremely high welding efficiency.
The equipment consists of a bed, stepping drive headstock, pneumatic tailstock, pneumatic clamping bracket, pneumatic gun lifting device, pneumatic pipe feeding mobile platform, pneumatic lifting arc shield, welding power source, and CNC control system.
