The PPM series pipe end automatic grinding machine is mainly used for fine grinding and polishing of the pipe end bevel surface and surrounding areas before welding, providing high-quality pipe end preparation for subsequent high-quality welding. This pipe end grinder is automatically controlled by PLC CNC programs, with grinding parameters preset and displayed on the human-machine interface. It can perform single-end grinding on steel pipes, or arrange one set of main units at both ends of the pipe for synchronous grinding, further improving grinding efficiency to achieve the goals of reducing labor, improving quality, increasing efficiency, and being energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

Stringent process standards ensure the reliability of every weld point
- Bevel surface grinding: Polishing treatment of oxides and slag on the bevel surface after plasma or flame cutting, presenting a metallic luster after grinding.
- Weld heat-affected zone grinding: 360° circumferential polishing treatment of the weld heat-affected zone near the pipe bevel, removing black skin, rust, etc. on the inner and outer wall surfaces of the pipe end, presenting a metallic luster after grinding.
- Automatic deburring: Efficiently removes burrs and flanges remaining on the inner and outer walls after pipe end bevel cutting.
