The PCM series pipe cutting & beveling machine features a compact design and easy operation. After continuous upgrades, optimization, and more than a decade of iterative updates, this series offers extremely high machining accuracy, stability, operability, and cost-effectiveness. It meets the needs of fixed in-plant operations while also being convenient for mobile use on construction sites. In addition, the equipment line is comprehensive, covering pipe diameters from Ø34mm to Ø930mm. The machining method keeps the pipe clamped stationary while the cutter disc drives the tool holders to rotate, achieving mechanical ratchet feeding. It is mainly used for pipe cutting and bevel processing. It can perform cutting and beveling simultaneously at any position along the pipe, or perform only pipe cutting, or only beveling of the pipe end.
