        This all-position welding robot for pipelines and pressure vessels adopts a fixed workpiece approach, achieving all-position automatic welding by having a welding crawler carriage travel around the circumference of the pipe or pressure-vessel shell. A simple track can also be added to enable the crawler to move linearly for longitudinal seam welding of the shell. The product features a lightweight design, high integration, and easy mobility, making it convenient to operate both indoors and outdoors. It is widely used for automatic welding of pipelines and pressure vessels in industries such as petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, natural gas, offshore engineering, municipal, and district heating. The welding process can use either gas metal arc welding (GMAW) or tungsten inert gas welding (TIG).
