KPZ Series Pipe Welding Positioner

      The KPZ series pipe welding positioner is a multi-purpose welding auxiliary equipment used for welding pipes to pipes, pipes to flanges, bent pipes, T-shaped pipes, and pipes of different diameters with center-of-gravity offsets. This device clamps pipes or flange ends with a chuck and rotates or tilts the workpiece to the desired angle for welding. It is mainly used for auxiliary rotational welding in various industries such as shipbuilding, chemical, and skid-mounted equipment. This chuck-type welding positioner can also be combined with our company’s cantilever welding machine to form a complete automatic welding system.
