The KPZ Series pipe welding positioner is a multi-purpose welding assist device for welding pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-flange, bent pipes, T-pipes, pipes of different diameters, and pipes with an offset center of gravity. The equipment clamps the pipe or flange end via a chuck and, as required, drives the workpiece to rotate or tilt to a suitable inclined angle for welding. It is mainly used for auxiliary rotational welding of pipelines in shipbuilding, chemical, skid-mounted equipment, and other industries. This chuck-type welding positioner can also be combined with our cantilever welding machine to form a complete set of automatic welding equipment. Compared with the KP Series pipe welding positioner, this series is equipped with a precision machine-tool chuck and uses electric tilting across the entire range. The overall structure is robust, with high motor power and strong load capacity, delivering high stability and accuracy.
