This PPMW series pipe fit-up & welding integrated machine is mainly used for mechanized assembly fit-up and automated welding of pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-elbow, pipe-to-flange, pipe-to-tee, and fitting-to-fitting. The fit-up head improves fit-up accuracy, providing high-quality joint preparation for automatic welding. Meanwhile, the fit-up and welding functions are integrated into one unit, so the workpiece requires no secondary clamping and no transfer between fit-up and welding stations, improving work efficiency.
