The PPGW series roller-type automatic pipe welding machine consists of a roller-type pipe welding positioner and a mobile cantilever welding machine. It uses the roller-type pipe welding positioner to drive the workpiece to rotate 360°, and can also tilt the workpiece by ±45°, meeting the requirements for automatic welding of pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-flange, curved pipes, T-pipes, and pipes of different diameters with offset centers of gravity. The mobile cantilever welding machine can move along the track to the weld seam positions on either side of the roller-type positioner for welding. One-time clamping enables automatic welding of weld seams at different positions along the pipe section.
