The PPFW series U-shaped caliper-type automatic pipe welding machine is mainly used for high-quality, precision automatic welding of pipelines across various industries. It uses a U-shaped open caliper main unit to clamp the workpiece for rotary welding, while the cantilever welding unit travels and moves to each weld seam position on the pipe section for welding.

- Stable coaxial alignment: The workpiece can pass through the U-shaped open caliper for rotary welding, ensuring coaxiality between the workpiece and the caliper rotary body. It can be clamped at the position closest to the weld seam, greatly reducing the impact of pipe ovality and bending on welding results.
- Hollow structure: The unique U-shaped open hollow structure breaks through traditional limitations and perfectly meets the clamping and welding needs of complex pipe sections such as double-ended elbows, improving equipment versatility.
- Driven clamping: Uses a U-shaped driven caliper to firmly clamp the workpiece, ensuring it remains stable without slipping throughout the entire welding rotation process, fundamentally preventing weld seam deviation during welding.
