This PFW series straight pipe flange automatic welding machine is mainly used for automatic welding of straight pipes with slip-on flanges, straight pipes with reducing flanges, and straight pipes with sleeves in industries such as shipbuilding, offshore engineering, coal mining, chemical, and transmission towers. It uses roller drive to rotate the workpiece, with two or four welding torches performing high-speed synchronous welding. Two or four weld seams can be completed in one pass, delivering extremely high welding efficiency. It can also weld seamless pipes, spiral welded pipes, reinforced pipes, longitudinal welded pipes, galvanized pipes, and more.

- Inspection qualified: Good welding quality; weld seams pass RT/UT inspection;
- Mechanical performance: Fillet welds meet the requirements for pressure testing or mechanical performance tests such as impact, tensile, and bending;
- Good appearance: Weld bead is well-formed and attractive, free of defects such as porosity, undercut, cracks, slag inclusion, incomplete penetration, and lack of fusion.
