The PPCW series large diameter chuck type automatic welding machine is mainly used for automatic welding of large diameter pipes and pressure vessels in various industries. It uses a large diameter chuck main unit to clamp and rotate the workpiece ends, while the cantilever welding machine moves to various weld positions for welding. A single clamping can meet the automatic welding requirements for welds at different positions on the cylinder, achieving cylinder+flange fillet welds and cylinder+head, cylinder lengthening groove circumferential welds. Additionally, by adding precision heavy rail tracks and front/rear axis swing mechanisms to the cantilever welding machine, longitudinal seam welding of workpieces can be achieved through the movement of the cantilever welding machine.
