The KP Series pipe welding positioner is a multi-purpose welding auxiliary device for welding pipe-to-pipe, pipe-to-flange, bent pipes, T-pipes, and pipes of different diameters with offset centers of gravity. This equipment can clamp pipes or flanges and rotate or tilt the workpiece to a suitable position as required for welding. It is mainly used for pipe rotary welding in industries such as shipbuilding, chemical processing, skid-mounted equipment, and more.
