The HJ Series Cantilever-Type Cylinder Longitudinal and Circumferential Seam Automatic Welding Machine is primarily used for longitudinal seam welding of pressure vessel cylinders after steel plate rolling, circumferential seam welding for joining two or more cylinder sections, and circumferential seam welding between cylinders and heads or flanges. This equipment consists of a cross-cantilever welding machine, drive roller stands, welding power sources, and other components. It utilizes roller stands to rotate the workpiece while the welding torch remains relatively fixed for circumferential seam welding. For longitudinal seams, the workpiece remains stationary, and the cross-cantilever welding machine’s arm extends and retracts to perform the welding. It is an ideal piece of equipment for pressure vessel manufacturing.

| Welding Method |
The workpiece rotates, and the welding torch is positioned inside/outside the workpiece for circumferential seam welding.
The workpiece remains stationary, and the cantilever arm of the welding machine extends/retracts to move the welding torch for longitudinal seam welding.
