This BHZG series automatic butt welding machine for straight pipes is mainly used for automatic circumferential seam welding to extend multi-section long straight pipes. It adopts dual chucks or four chucks for clamping. The chucks are hollow, allowing the pipe to pass through; the chucks at both ends respectively clamp two straight pipe sections for rotation. No tack welding is required before welding; the chucks drive the pipe sections to rotate synchronously, and the welding torch swings for welding at a relatively fixed position above the workpiece, realizing single-side welding with double-side forming. It meets the high-quality welding requirements for butt circumferential seams of multiple straight pipes. In addition, it can be equipped with an automatic loading/unloading system and a logistics conveying system to form a straight-pipe butt-joint production line for flow-line welding operations.
