The BHWM Series pipe inner wall cladding welding machine is mainly used for automatic overlay welding on the inner wall of steel pipes. It uses a liftable through-hole chuck cladding main unit to clamp the end of the workpiece to be clad. Then, the servo system drives the workpiece to rotate at a constant speed, working together with the welding torch precision displacement mechanism, oscillation mechanism, and arc-length tracking system to achieve spiral cladding on the pipe inner wall or 360° circumferential cladding. It can clad various anti-corrosion materials and wear-resistant metal materials, such as stainless steel and nickel-based alloy materials. All welding parameters are digitally processed, and automatic welding can be completed with one click according to the cladding depth.
