The BHLM series gantry-type straight and circular seam automatic welding machine is mainly used for welding straight seams after steel plate coiling and circular seams at both ends of pressure vessel cylinders with heads or flanges. The equipment consists of a gantry-type welding host, driving roller frame, integrated base, and welding power source. It uses a roller frame to drive workpiece rotation while keeping the welding torch relatively fixed for circular seam welding. For straight seam welding, the workpiece remains stationary while the gantry host’s welding head moves horizontally. When equipped with an optional chuck-type positioner, it can also achieve automatic welding between pipes and pipe fittings. It features multi-functionality, wide welding coverage, simple operation, and easy learning.
