        The BHLM series gantry-type automatic longitudinal & circumferential seam welding machine is mainly used for longitudinal seam welding of pressure-vessel shells after plate rolling, as well as circumferential seam welding of heads or flanges at both ends of the shell. The equipment consists of a gantry welding main unit, a driven roller bed, an integrated base, and a welding power source. It drives the workpiece to rotate via the roller bed while the welding torch remains relatively fixed for circumferential seam welding; for longitudinal seam welding, the workpiece stays stationary and the welding head on the gantry main unit travels laterally. With an added chuck-type positioner, it can also achieve automatic welding for pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-fitting joints. It features multi-functionality in one machine, wide workpiece coverage, simple operation, and easy learning.
