The BH Series roller-type pipe welding positioner is an auxiliary driven fixture for manual welding of pipes in industries such as shipbuilding, offshore engineering, chemical processing, and mechanical & electrical installation. It can drive the workpiece to rotate 360° and tilt ±45°, meeting the welding requirements for groove weld seams and fillet welds. It uses electric clamping of the workpiece for stable rotation, with stepless variable-frequency speed adjustment. It is an ideal piece of equipment that helps improve welding quality and reduce manual labor intensity, and it can also be combined with our company’s mobile cantilever welding machine to form an automatic welding system.
