The BH series roller-type pipe welding positioner is an auxiliary powered fixture for manual welding of pipes in industries such as shipbuilding, offshore engineering, chemical processing, and mechanical & electrical installation. It can drive the workpiece to rotate 360° and tilt ±45°, meeting the welding requirements for bevel weld seams and fillet weld seams. It uses electric clamping of the workpiece, provides stable rotation, and features stepless variable-frequency speed regulation. It is an ideal piece of equipment that helps improve welding quality and reduce manual labor intensity, and it can also be combined with the mobile cantilever welding machine produced by our company to form an automatic welding system.
