       The PPDW Series modular pipeline automatic welding machine is mainly used for prefabricated automatic welding of pipelines across various industries. It consists of multiple drive units combined with a mobile cantilever welding machine. Each drive unit can be centrally coordinated via a welding centralized control system, or independently controlled using a handheld remote control box. When one drive unit is used together with the cantilever welder for automatic welding, the other drive units can be used for pipe loading/unloading and clamping, or as driven rotary fixtures for manual grinding and manual welding. By coordinating the cantilever welding unit with different drive units, continuous uninterrupted automatic welding is achieved, greatly improving equipment utilization. Different configurations can meet not only pressure pipeline welding requirements but also pressure vessel welding.
