The PPCW series chuck-type automatic pipe welding machine is mainly used for automated prefabrication welding of pipelines in various industries. The chuck main unit clamps the workpiece end to drive rotation, and the cantilever welder travels and moves to each weld position for welding. A single clamping setup enables automatic welding of weld seams at different positions on the pipe section. Both groove butt circumferential welds and socket fillet welds can be welded automatically. In addition, an internal torch welding mechanism, oscillation mechanism, welding power source, and control functions can be added to the mobile cantilever welder to achieve synchronized inner/outer dual-torch welding for flange fillet welds.
