This PPBW series heavy-duty clamping/split-type automatic pipe welding machine is mainly used for prefabricated automatic welding of medium-to-thick-wall high-pressure pipelines in industries such as petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, and electric power construction. After the clamping main unit clamps the pipe section, the pipe section is driven by powered rollers to rotate for welding. It can realize automatic welding of pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-fitting joints. Both groove butt circumferential welds and socket fillet welds can be welded automatically.
