It integrates the benchmark-demonstration mechanism into the full project lifecycle, focusing on the core links of pipeline installation and welding to build high-quality, premium projects.

Before construction, the company implements a “benchmark first” approach: selecting key milestones to create full-process physical benchmarks. Installation benchmarks standardize pipeline slope and elevation to ensure stable system operation; welding benchmarks clarify standards for bevel preparation, material matching, and more. Combined with on-site technical briefings and training, they establish a unified quality baseline for construction.

From parameter monitoring for steel-structure and flue/air-duct welding, to three-level acceptance and standardized construction for boiler bodies and steam-turbine piping, and further to refined welding and the application of automatic welding technology in the Zhejiang San’ao Nuclear Power Project, the company strictly controls process quality.
