The heavy-duty press-clamping automatic welding machine and heavy-duty chuck-type automatic welding machine produced by our company can meet the prefabricated automatic welding needs of medium-to-thick-wall high-pressure pipelines in the power construction industry. Welding quality can be ensured without professional welders operating the equipment. It adopts a chuck lifting reinforced main unit or a heavy-duty press-clamping main unit and a specially designed drive structure, providing powerful driving torque to ensure the stability of welding rotation. During welding, the chuck clamps the end of the workpiece to drive rotation, and the cantilever welding machine travels and moves to each weld seam position for welding. One-time clamping enables automatic welding of weld seams at different positions along the pipe section, realizing automatic welding of pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-fitting joints, such as: pipe + pipe, pipe + elbow, pipe + flange, pipe + tee, pipe + reducer, pipe + head, fitting + fitting, etc. The equipment runs stably and delivers good welding quality.
