Baihua CNC Chuck-Type Pipe Automatic Welders Delivered to a Central-South Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Enterprise

Baihua CNC urgently completed the delivery of two sets of chuck-type pipe automatic welders, PPCW‑32 and PPCW‑16, to serve a Central-South enterprise specializing in pressure vessel equipment manufacturing, meeting the strict Level II flaw detection welding standards.

PCW‑32 supports DN100‑800 pipe diameters and integrates TIG + submerged arc dual processes; PPCW‑16 is suitable for TIG welding of DN50‑400 pipe diameters. Both are equipped with a 0‑90° chuck flipping main unit, a cantilever rail system, a welding expert control system, and arc length tracking, suitable for circumferential welding of straight pipe flanges, shells, and heads. We will provide on-site service training and a complete set of spare parts documentation to support automated prefabrication production of pressure vessel pipe components.
