Baihua CNC Delivers Chuck-Type Pipe Automatic Welders to a Central South Pressure Vessel Manufacturer

Baihua CNC expedited the delivery of two sets of chuck-type pipe automatic welders, PPCW‑32 and PPCW‑16, serving a Central South enterprise specializing in pressure vessel equipment manufacturing and meeting the stringent welding standards for Level Ⅱ flaw detection.

PCW‑32 supports DN100‑800 pipe diameters and integrates TIG + submerged arc dual processes; PPCW‑16 is suitable for TIG welding of DN50‑400 pipe diameters. Both are equipped with a 0‑90° chuck turning main unit, a cantilever rail system, a welding expert control system, and arc length tracking, suitable for circumferential welding of straight pipe flanges, shells, and heads. We will provide on-site service training, a complete set of spare parts documentation, and support the automated prefabrication production of pressure vessel pipe components.
