Recently, the PEM-16 CNC High-Speed Pipe Beveling Machine customized by our company for a customer in Jiangsu’s environmental technology sector has completed production scheduling. For the customer’s aluminum pipe processing application (diameter Φ60‑200mm), this equipment is specially configured with dedicated small tool holders and inserts, strictly ensuring tight-fit machining between male and female ends to meet the high-precision process requirements for pipe beveling. The complete machine is equipped with a Siemens CNC system and integrates a hydraulic station, rails, and support trolleys to realize the intelligent operation of a fully automatic CNC beveling machine, significantly improving processing efficiency and consistency.
