Baihua CNC Delivers Dual-Model Chuck-Type Automatic Pipe Welding Machines to a Fluid Control Manufacturing Enterprise in Eastern Zhejiang

Baihua completed an expedited 30-day delivery of two sets of chuck-type automatic pipe welding machines for a manufacturer deeply engaged in high-end fluid and valve integrated equipment production. The machines are suited for batch circumferential and longitudinal seam welding of large-diameter valve bodies and cylinder sections, helping build a standardized pipe prefabrication welding production line.

One set is equipped with a coarse-wire submerged arc system for thick-wall workpieces from 8-30mm, while the other is configured with gas-shielded welding for processing thin-wall cylinders from 3-30mm. Both are equipped with a 0-90° chuck tilting positioner, an electric cantilever traveling mechanism, and a digital WPS welding database, making them high-performance pipe welding equipment. The complete machine supports integrated processing of circumferential seams and long longitudinal seams, comes with a full set of consumable spare parts, and includes on-site hands-on training, reliably ensuring weld seam sealing performance and machining consistency for fluid pipe fittings.
