Baihua CNC Delivers Dual-Model Chuck-Type Automatic Pipe Welding Machines to an Eastern Zhejiang Fluid Control Manufacturing Enterprise

Baihua completed expedited delivery of two sets of chuck-type automatic pipe welding machines within 30 days, serving a manufacturer deeply engaged in high-end fluid and complete valve equipment production. The machines are suited for batch circumferential and longitudinal seam welding of large-diameter valve bodies and cylindrical sections, helping build a standardized pipe prefabrication welding production line.

One set is equipped with a coarse-wire submerged arc system for 8–30mm thick-wall workpieces, while the other is paired with gas shielded welding for processing 3–30mm thin-wall cylinders. Both are equipped with a 0–90° chuck turnover positioner, an electric cantilever traveling mechanism, and a digital WPS welding database, making them high-performance pipe welding equipment. The complete machine supports integrated processing of circumferential seams and long longitudinal seams, comes with a full set of consumable spare parts, and includes on-site hands-on training, ensuring stable weld seam sealing performance and processing consistency for fluid pipe fittings.
