Baihua’s Custom Chuck-Type Submerged Arc Welding Machine Urgently Shipped to a General Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise in Southwest China

In response to an urgent order from a customer deeply engaged in general complete equipment manufacturing in Southwest China, Baihua rapidly completed the customized shipment of the PPCW-16 chuck-type pipe submerged arc welding machine, designed for batch automatic circumferential welding of pipe seams for pipes with diameters of 168–426mm.

The complete machine is equipped with a cross cantilever traveling mechanism and a PLC numerical control system, along with a fully automatic welding flux conveying and recovery device. The chuck supports 0–90° electric tilting and 360° stepless rotation, while the human-machine touchscreen operation is simple and efficient. The equipment comes with a full set of spare parts, and on-site hands-on training is arranged simultaneously. With stable and reliable automatic pipe prefabrication welding machine equipment, it helps customers achieve digitalized quality and efficiency improvement in pipe fitting welding.
