This all-position welding robot for pipes and pressure vessels adopts a method where the workpiece remains stationary, and the welding crawler travels around the circumference of the pipe or pressure vessel shell to achieve all-position automatic welding. It can also be equipped with a simple track to enable straight seam welding of the shell via linear movement of the crawler. The product features a lightweight and compact design, high integration, and easy mobility, making it suitable for operation both indoors and outdoors. It is widely used for automatic welding of pipes and pressure vessels in industries such as petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, natural gas, offshore engineering, municipal works, and thermal heating. The welding process can utilize Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) or Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding.
