A liftable through-hole chuck cladding main unit is used to clamp the end of the workpiece that requires cladding. Then, a servo system drives the workpiece to rotate at a constant speed, working together with the welding torch precision displacement mechanism, oscillation mechanism, arc-length tracking system, etc., to achieve spiral cladding on the pipe inner wall or 360° circumferential cladding. It can clad various anti-corrosion materials and wear-resistant metal materials, such as stainless steel and nickel-based alloy materials. All welding parameters are processed digitally, and automatic welding can be completed with one click according to the cladding depth.
