This all-position welding robot for pipelines and pressure vessels keeps the workpiece stationary while the welding crawler travels around the circumference of the pipe or pressure vessel shell to achieve fully automatic all-position welding. A simple track can be added so that the crawler can move in a straight line to weld longitudinal seams of the shell. The product features a lightweight design, high integration, and easy mobility, enabling convenient operation both in the workshop and outdoors. It is widely used for automatic welding of pipelines and pressure vessels in industries such as petroleum, petrochemicals, chemicals, natural gas, offshore engineering, municipal works, and district heating. The welding process can be configured for gas metal arc welding (GMAW) or gas tungsten arc welding (TIG).
