The PPHW series chuck cantilever integrated welding machine uses a chuck to drive the workpiece to rotate 360°, and can also tilt the workpiece for welding at a 0–90° turnover angle. It meets the needs of automatic welding for pipe-to-fitting joints (flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, etc.), as well as tanks to flanges/heads. In addition to circumferential seam welding, it can perform longitudinal seam welding when necessary. It is widely used in pressure vessels, shipbuilding, offshore engineering, petrochemicals, instrumentation, pharmaceuticals, and other industries.

- Modular design: Compact structure with a small footprint. The cantilever welding main unit and the chuck main unit adopt an integrated modular design, enabling flexible overall lifting and installation.
- Electric lifting: The chuck can be raised and lowered electrically. When welding large elbows, the chuck is raised to provide sufficient rotary clearance; when welding other fittings, the chuck height can be lowered to facilitate loading/unloading and weld observation, offering excellent operability.
- Electric tilting: The chuck can tilt electrically. The workpiece can be rotated horizontally for welding; when welding flat-weld flanges, it can also be welded at an inclined angle to achieve boat-shaped welding.
- Telescopic cantilever: In addition to basic circumferential seam welding, longitudinal seam welding can be performed when necessary using the cantilever telescopic function.
