        The PPCW series chuck-type automatic pipe welding machine is mainly used for prefabricated automatic welding of pipelines in various industries. It uses a chuck main unit to clamp the end of the workpiece and drive rotation, while the cantilever welding machine travels to each weld seam position for welding. One-time clamping enables automatic welding of weld seams at different positions on the pipe section. Both bevel butt circumferential welds and socket fillet welds can be automatically welded. In addition, an internal torch welding mechanism, oscillation mechanism, welding power source, and control functions can be added to the mobile cantilever welding machine to achieve synchronous dual-torch welding for inner and outer flange fillet welds.
